General Information

JC and Carleen Carlson are the owners of all the properties that are rented on this site.  Licensed real estate agents in Arizona and affiliated with HomeLink Realty in Tucson, we would love to help you find your vacation rental. And we can also help you buy (or sell) a home or vacation home here in Tucson.  

The condos that are listed in Coronado Place are available by the week and longer.  Please note that when the Tucson home is rented that it will include the Tucson guest quarters also, as the guest quarters are physically part of the home. And our home and lake cottage in Maine are available for limited times, usually November - June as well as one week in July.  In 2010 that week will start on July 17.

Guest Policies

Payment Policy - We require an advance payment (deposit) equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the rental rate at the time of reservation.  The balance of rent is due and will be processed the day before your arrival date.  If you choose to have us do the cleaning, the additional $125 for condo cleaning or $150 for home cleaning will be added to your total charges. 

Cancellations - A 60 (sixty) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made 60 (sixty) days or more in advance of the scheduled check-in dated will receive a refund of deposit less a handling and processing fee of $75.  Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of check-in date will not receive any refund. Changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of the arrival date will not result in any prorating, refunds, or reduction of rents. Early departure does not qualify for any refund of rent or deposit.

Cleaning Fee - This additional fee can be avoided if you leave the rental in a "move-in" condition.  We will provide a checklist for your use at departure.

Pets - The only rental unit that will accept pets is our Coronado Place 28.  The standard fee for a pet is $100.

Other Information - We charge an additional $50 per week for each additional person over the first two for our weekly rentals.

There is no smoking in any vacation rental.
