Vacation & Condo Rentals in Tucson

Payment Policy -

We require an advance payment (deposit) equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the rental rate at the time of reservation. Please let us know if this poses a hardship, as we may accept a smaller amount as may be appropriate The balance of rent is due and will be processed the day before your arrival date.

Cancellations -

A 60 (sixty) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made 60 (sixty) days or more in advance of the scheduled check-in dated will receive a refund of deposit less a handling and processing fee of $ 75. Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of check-in date will not receive any refund. Changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of the arrival date will not result in any prorating, refunds, or reduction of rents. Early departure does not qualify for any refund of rent or deposit.

Cleaning Fee -

We charge a $125 cleaning fee upon departure, as we have each condo professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Pets -

We may accept a pet under some conditions. Please ask. The standard fee for a pet is $75.

Other Information -

We charge an additional $ 50/week for each additional person over the first two for our weekly rentals.

There is no smoking in any vacation rental.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.
